Both you and the person you care for may be eligible for the free flu vaccine. The NHS provide people who are most at risk with the vaccine to help protect them from illness.
Flu can spread quickly, sometimes with no symptoms, so reducing the risk of spreading it to those who are more vulnerable is crucial. This vaccine is there to protect them against the flu and developing serious complications in the future as a result of catching it.
You can ask your GP or local pharmacist if you’re eligible for a free flu vaccination.
